The HGS3063UC was an earlier 300 Series slide-in gas range in black, 47 3/4 inches tall with its backguard, five burners at 70,000 BTU and a 5.0 cubic foot oven with bake, broil and a pyrolytic self-clean cycle but no convection. A conventional non-convection oven is simpler than anything Bosch sells now, and that simplicity makes it cheap to keep alive – there is no fan motor, no fan element and no convection control to fail.
