What E302 Means
E302 on a Bosch range is the control module protecting itself from heat. Its onboard sensor has measured above the limit, so heating stops and the cooling fan is driven to high speed. Heating resumes and the error clears once the cavity falls to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and Bosch notes that a self-clean cycle in progress stays disabled until a control reset is performed.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Check that the vent trim above the oven door is clear and undamaged and that nothing is resting against it, since Bosch names air obstruction and damaged ventilation trims among the causes. On a range that trim is at counter height and easily blocked by a towel or a tray.
