The HBE5452UC was a 24 inch 500 Series wall oven with a 2.5 cubic foot cavity at 4,000 watts, and an unusually long mode list for its size – 4D hot air, defrost, max broil, intensive heat, bake, pizza and slow roast – plus Home Connect and a soft-close door. 4D hot air is Bosch’s reversing convection fan, which alternates direction to even out the cavity. It is a genuinely clever feature in a small oven, and it means the fan motor is doing more work than a conventional one.
