What F94 Means
F94 on an older Bosch Evolution range means the control has used up its allowed attempts to lock the oven door. Repeated failures usually mean the latch is meeting resistance rather than moving slowly, and the manual's remedy runs through lock motor continuity, the switch contacts and the harness back to the control module, replacing the lock motor assembly if the windings are open.
