dr:02 on a Bosch Vision front-load washer is an IGBT interruption inside the inverter: one of the power switching devices that drives the motor has failed open rather than short. Bosch's stated cause is damaged inverter control and the remedy is to replace the inverter. The practical symptom is a drum that fills and then will not turn, or turns only in one direction.
