The HEF3050MU is a 300 Series electric slide-in range with a 5.8 cubic foot oven – by far the largest cavity in Bosch’s American range line-up – and an Air Fry mode. It is Bosch’s answer to the big American-style range, and the cavity size is the whole point of it. Air Fry on a range like this is a high-speed convection programme rather than a separate appliance, and it works best with the dedicated basket-style tray that lets air reach the underside of the food.
