The HBL5351UC is a 500 Series 30 inch single wall oven with a 4.6 cubic foot cavity, but a shorter mode list than its stablemates – roast, bake, broil and warm at 4,200 watts, with no convection. It is the simplest wall oven Bosch currently lists, and simplicity is genuinely a virtue in a fitted appliance: fewer heating elements, no convection fan and no fan element means fewer things that can fail inside a cabinet that is awkward to reach into.
