The B36CT81ENS is a later build of Bosch’s 800 Series counter-depth French door on the 72 inch cabinet. On any refrigerator with a three-tier freezer drawer system – which these have – there is a specific failure worth knowing: the drawer runners are synchronised so the inner baskets move with the outer drawer, and when one side of that linkage jumps, the drawer jams half open with the freezer contents in the way. It is a mechanical fix and nothing to do with cooling.
