The NET8062UC is an 800 Series radiant electric cooktop for a 30 inch opening – ceramic glass with heating elements beneath, not induction. The distinction matters enormously in service: a radiant cooktop heats the glass and the glass heats the pan, so any pan works, the surface stays hot long after the zone is off, and the failure modes are completely different. Radiant cooktops fail at the element, the infinite switch or the relay, and those are all conventional electrical parts.
